How to Know When You Receive a GMB Message
One of the best parts of GMB Messages is the fact that you will receive a notification on your phone just like a text message, Facebook message, or email would!
Depending on your phone, you may need to update your settings so that you’ll get a banner, sound, or pop-up notification.
Another major perk of using the GMB App to receive and respond to messages from your customers is that anyone who is logged into the App on their phone would get a notification! That means that you can give all of your business’s managers access to the GMB account so that there’s always coverage when it comes to responding to messages quickly.
Tip from the Gorilla: Don’t Forget to Reply to Messages ASAP. When people send messages, they expect quick responses just like they would when they text a friend. Make sure you keep an eye on your phone to get notifications for new messages and respond as soon as possible.
