Here’s how to transfer Google My Business ownership

  1. Log into your Google My Business profile
  2. Click on the “Users” tab
  3. Find the user you want to transfer ownership to and click the icon to the right of their name
  4. Update their role and select “Primary Owner”
  5. Confirm the transfer

1. Log into your Google My Business profile

4. Find the user you want to transfer ownership to and click the icon to the right of their name

6. As soon as you select “Primary Owner” a new window will open that asks you to confirm the transfer.

Carefully review this information and click “Transfer” to change ownership of your account.
