How does the white label service work?

The GMB Gorilla white label service allows you to offer your customers and clients a turnkey Google My Business management service. We offer a dedicated Account Manager who will work with you to ensure success. All communications, and reports, are sent directly to you.

Do you offer discounts or commissions?

Yes! We offer generous discounts off of our retail pricing (up to 50%!) for our white label agency and consultant partners. Please contact us for more information. We also have an affiliate option, for those who want to earn a monthly recurring commission by referring clients / customers to GMB Gorilla.

Will you contact my clients/customers?

We have designed our white label GMB management service so that you remain the main point of contact with the client/customer. We do have certain agencies and consultants who bring us in as a named partner and want us to engage with their client/customers. Bottom line: We will not contact your client / customer if you do not want us to.

What do you need from me?

We need a couple of items from you at the start of the engagement. We will begin with questionnaire about the GMB listing, followed by a brief kickoff call to review your answers. We will also need your help in adding us to the GMB listing as a manager, access to photos/videos, and on-going approvals, if you want oversight over particular items.

Who is responsible for approving content, edits, posts, etc?

We have two ways of handling this. The first options is you can request manual review of all content, edits, posts, etc. With this option we will send you the recommended changes, and then await your confirmation before implementing. The second option is to auto-approve based on the Account Manager’s professional experience. Most agencies/consultants choose to auto-approve. With either option, our team is responsible for content, edits, and Q&A’s.
