Here are some common questions that those new to our program often ask:
Are there any contracts?
No! There are no contracts for any of our services. All of our services are all month-to-month! Note that we are open to contracts if there is a large volume or legal requirement based on your customer relationship requiring it.
Where are you located?
We are a distributed team that works remote from co-working spaces and home offices. We currently have team members in every US time zone, and area of the country. We find this improves our availability and turn around times. Plus the different cultural perspectives result in better work, especially since our partners are located across the globe.
How much does it cost to get started?
We require new partners to pay for one listing under management to begin with. This costs $200 per month. Most partners already have a customer or use their own business to get started with GMB Gorilla.
Will you speak directly with my customers?
It depends. If you introduce us as your partner and reveal our identity, we will work directly with the customer. We will not manage the entirety of the customer relationship as this is the responsibility of the partner, but our team will connect with the customer to best manage their GMB.
Who creates post content and images?
We do! We have a team of copywriters and designers who are experienced and skilled in delivering effective Google My Business posts. Our ever-growing team of writers and designers are geographically distributed across the US, allowing us to leverage time zone differences to deliver quick
How much does having my own branded portal cost?
If you would like to have your own branded portal, the initial cost is $99/month. If you are interested in this option, we can put you in touch with the partner who enables this solution for us.
Can I put my logo on reports?
Yes! We can brand the monthly reports to use your logo. At this time we are not able to change the URL for accessing the report, but we can add your company logo.
Will you help me close sales opportunities?
Yes! We are always willing to help partners close deals. We even support co-marketing and co-selling campaigns with select partners. That’s right, we will help you craft campaigns and even hop on the phone to close deals with you. We even offer up a robust sales kit that includes ads, flyers, presentations, and more that you can use to market the service under your brand name.
How do you handle the review responses and answering of questions?
We develop review responses that are approved by you and the client during account onboarding. We then modify them for each review left so that the responses appear natural, but remain on brand. Most of the questions and answers found on listings under management are seeded by us; we ask the questions, and also provide the answers, based on onboarding (and generally available) information. In the event we couldn’t answer a question asked by someone (less than .00001% of the time), we would simply ask you to get us the right answer.
What happens if the customer gets a negative review?
If your customer happens to get a negative review, our default process is to quickly respond to the review with an approved response, then escalate the review to you (for forwarding on the client). We will typically include basic advice on how to handle the situation, based on our experience. If we need to edit the response and or change course, we can do this as more details are provided.
