Instead of searching for fruit and vegetation in the jungle, I\u2019d love to kick back and order my favorite snacks from my phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These days, more people (and Gorillas, obviously!) are ordering online so that they can avoid leaving their homes to grab food. From popular delivery apps to <a href=\"\/category\/google-my-business\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">Google My Business<\/a>, the options are pretty much endless these days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to change the Order Delivery button on your Google My Business, you\u2019ll need to follow a few steps to integrate your GMB with your point of sale system. In these sections, you can copy and paste the URL that your business uses to connect with popular platforms like DoorDash or SkipThe Dishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, your <em>Order Online <\/em>button will be more front and center than those links! The Order App has waived its fees for GMB accounts until January 1st, 2022. While some restrictions may apply, your business should absolutely be taking advantage of this offer!<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 5: Connect Your Point of Sale Integration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you begin the sign-up process, the first thing you will need to do is connect to your Point of Sale Integration. The pop-up that you\u2019ll see shows you <em>Clover<\/em> as well as options to select <em>Other POS System<\/em> or <em>No POS System<\/em>, which would allow you to select from other processing options built into The Order App.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/4xPZKTbOT2pzCMyqJp2B4AwuvT_mQ5Fq4Q6Yu7kolQ1qFyyiXLU-OiSllto0OaZDxRkCBQLaiEn9vN25gyDzUuE9FRAcRf8PTzcBJbRX3uD19H7pXkaF2JP9f_YApx9xijNFg98c\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Tip from the Gorilla: From this point on, what you\u2019ll see will vary depending on your Point of Sale System. For that reason, I\u2019ll be walking you through the general steps you\u2019ll need to take to finish this process.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 6: Enter Your Business Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While you\u2019re setting your business up with The Order App, you\u2019ll need to enter your basic business information. This includes your address, links to your website, and your contact information.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this screenshot, you\u2019ll see the Business Information screen for those who selected <em>No POS System.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 7: Update Your Orders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your account is set up with your business information, it\u2019s time to update your orders. Some businesses have different menus for online orders versus dine-in or pick up.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now is the time to get your online delivery menu set up so that customers looking to order from your restaurant on Google My Business will be able to pick from the right items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 8: Enter Your Hours<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As with your <em>Online Delivery <\/em>menu, you\u2019ll need to enter the business hours that online orders are available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For some businesses, <em>Online Delivery <\/em>is on from the moment they open their doors to last call. However, other businesses turn online orders off during their rush hours so they can better handle the orders right in front of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make sure that these hours are accurate, since customers will be able to see whether or not <em>Online Delivery <\/em>is available.
